Begin your spiritual exploration at Munneswaram and Manavari Temples, where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva, then travel through Kandy, Ramboda, and Nuwara Eliya, visiting places linked to Hanuman’s search for Sita and her captivity at Ashok Vatika. Continue to Ella and Kataragama, discovering Ravana’s hidden caves and sacred shrines before ending your journey at Ussangoda and Rumassala, said to hold traces of divine legends.

Itinerary
Arrive in Sri Lanka and meet your Pearl Ceylon Tours representative.
Begin your spiritual journey with a visit to Munneswaram Temple, where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva after defeating Ravana.
Then visit Manavari Temple, where Rama installed the first Shiva Lingam, known as Ramalingam.
Evening relaxation in Negombo.
After breakfast, visit Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, believed to be the coronation site of King Vibhishana.
Continue to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka.
In the evening, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) and enjoy a traditional cultural show.
Drive through the misty hills to Ramboda, where you’ll visit the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, built by the Chinmaya Mission, marking the spot where Hanuman is believed to have searched for Sita Devi.
Visit Ramboda Falls before proceeding to Nuwara Eliya, also known as Little England.
Explore key Ramayana sites in Nuwara Eliya:
Seetha Amman Temple, believed to be the Ashok Vatika where Sita was held captive by Ravana.
Hakgala Botanical Gardens, where Hanuman met Sita Devi for the first time.
Divurumpola Temple, the place where Sita Devi proved her purity (Agni Pariksha).
Travel to Ella, where you’ll visit Ravana Falls and Ravana Cave, believed to be part of the network of tunnels used by King Ravana.
Continue to Kataragama, a sacred pilgrimage town.
Evening visit to the Kataragama Temple, dedicated to Lord Skanda/Murugan.
After breakfast, visit Ussangoda, a mysterious burnt-red plateau believed to be the ancient landing site of Ravana’s “Pushpaka Vimana.”
Continue to Galle, visiting Rumassala Hill, said to be part of the Sanjeevani Mountain carried by Hanuman.
Evening transfer to Colombo or the airport for your departure.
